As you know, Carnival was celebrated in the school last Friday!!!
The topic this year was ART
Yr.2 pupils learnt about Van Gogh, his life and his work. Many activities were carried out in different areas such as looking for information and descriptions of the artist; book reading about his life and work; thinking about how some of this canvas made us feel; painting some of his masterpieces...
Besides, (and thanks to the parents' help) children made their own carnival costume!!
We were Sunflowers!!!
